These Terms of Service govern the engagement of services offered by Maicon Digital Solutions ("we," "us"), owned by Maicon da Silva Oliveira, Brazilian company registration number (CNPJ) 62.618.680/0001-69, through this website.

1. Engagement: the services described in the "Services" section of the site are engaged upon a prior quote, the client's formal acceptance, and payment under the agreed terms.

2. Payments: payments are processed through the Stripe platform, which uses industry-standard encryption and security practices. We do not store full credit card data on our own servers.

3. Timelines: delivery timelines are stated in each project's quote and may vary depending on the complexity of the work engaged.

4. Client obligations: the client agrees to provide, in a timely manner, the information and materials needed to carry out the service.

5. Cancellation: the client may cancel a service as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Intellectual property: unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivered materials become the client's property once payment has been paid in full.

7. Limitation of liability: we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of delivered services, except where required by law.

8. Changes: these Terms may be updated periodically; the version published on this page is always the one in effect.
