Delivery & Shipping Policy

The services offered by Maicon Digital Solutions are digital in nature, so no physical products are shipped.

Landing pages and business websites: delivered to a staging environment for client approval within the timeline stated in the quote (generally 7 to 21 business days, depending on project complexity).

Monthly maintenance & support: support access is granted within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.

Digital automation consulting: the session is scheduled by email within 2 business days after payment is confirmed, subject to availability.

Method of delivery: all content is delivered digitally, by email, WhatsApp, or direct access to the published project (a link, an admin dashboard, or files).

Delays: any delays are proactively communicated to the client through the contact channels listed on the site, along with a new estimated timeline.
